RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Plain and simple.

Returns on underwear is conditional due to hygiene reasons. Kindly refer to the conditions below;

  • Underwear - For underwear that you've tried on, if it is your first time shopping with us, you are eligible for our Try On Guarantee. You can get a refund or exchange for a different size on one pair of underwear that has been tried on, and you won't need to send them back.
  • Try On Guarantee is applicable for first time customers only.
If you bought more than one pair of underwear on your first order we recommend you Try On just one pair to make sure they are right for you. That way if you don't love that pair, the rest of your order will still be eligible for a standard return or exchange. So, If within 15 days of delivery you change your mind and provided for hygienic reasons the garment is:
  • Unworn, unlaundered and undamaged;
  • still in its original packaging and has its original tags;

    then follow the steps under the section “How do I make a return or exchange” below to request a return. Partial returns are permitted. The shipping & returns charges are free for first time customers and less any shipping charges to customers thereafter.

    The returned products go through a Stringent Hygienic & Quality test by our quality audit team using state of the art technological process to analyse the acceptability of the returned products. In case of the returned merchandise failure to meet the hygienic conditions, the garments are discarded and refund is void.

    So, shop with confidence knowing that we stand behind our product and your satisfaction.

    EXCEPTIONS TO RETURN POLICY:

    AUSTRO WILL NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN OF THE ITEMS FROM THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES UNDER THE RETURN POLICY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES:

    • For hygienic reasons opened and/or tried underwear
    • Any item purchased outside Austrozone.com

    Purchases of products marked as "Final Sale" may not be returned or exchanged. Sorry, no exceptions.

    EXCHANGE POLICY

    If within 15 days of delivery you change your mind and the garment is:

    • unworn,
    • still in its original packaging,
    • unlaundered, and
    • has its original tags

    then follow the Exchange Process below to request an exchange. You won't have to pay the shipping charge for us to ship the exchanged item back to you via standard delivery.

    All Returns and Exchanges are subject to approval.

    HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

    1. Go to our Returns Center
    2. Enter the Order # and your Email Address.
    3. Follow the instructions on the page.
    4. After your request has been approved, you can print a label from our Returns Center and it may take approximately 3-4 days for assigned courier partner to pick up the product from the shipping address associated with that order.

    To ensure a safe and prompt return or exchange, please

    • pack items carefully into a tough box; 
    • use a traceable method to keep track of where your return is; and 
    • include your order number (if you are requesting an exchange, please note the new items that you would like). 

    If your order was incorrectly shipped and/or has damaged items, it is important that you return them to us in the same condition that you received them to ensure a full refund.
